Advanced GPS Receiver and AirTrac™ Guidance Software
The new GPS receiver in the Bantam 2 offers more accurate and reliable positioning, better integration capabilities, and the ability to adapt to new satellite signals and constellations as they become available.
Satloc AirTrac™ guidance software powers the Bantam 2. This software displays a real-time moving map that provides visual guidance and shows important data, including sprayed swaths, field boundaries, skips, and overlaps. The new AirTrac software also includes storing of and guidance to marks, waypoints, and polygons. Satloc AirTrac can fly various patterns, such as Back-to-Back and Racetrack, while monitoring acreage sprayed and application rates. Transfer your log and job data via USB thumb drive or Satloc Cloud.
Another user-friendly feature added to Satloc Bantam 2 is the ability for a pilot to easily import and convert KML files into Satloc JOB files.

In conjunction with the Bantam 2, these flow systems manage liquid applications and spray patterns using constant rate control, reducing fuel, flying time, and application costs.

Additional Tools
MapStar is a powerful software solution for pre-application mapping and post-application log replay and analysis. It supports importing and exporting common GIS file formats—including ESRI Shapefiles (.shp) and KML files—for easy overlay in Google Earth.
With MapStar, users can view, analyze, and export log data from any Satloc logging product. The software also supports variable rate applications and prescription maps, giving applicators greater control and insight into their operations.
