Air Repair, Inc. was founded in 1978 in Greenville, Mississippi, by Pete Jones. The business moved to Cleveland, MS, in May 1980 and has continued to grow since that time. The company currently has 24 full-time employees.
Air Repair’s main shop focuses on agricultural aircraft repair, including service and maintenance of Air Tractor 502, 602, 802, Thrush, and more. The team specializes in annual and routine inspections, major and minor airframe repairs, sheet-metal and welded repairs, PT6 engine maintenance, hot-section inspections, prop balancing, and starter-generator overhauls. Air Repair is an FAA-certified Avionics Repair Station for ADS-B and transponder installation, certification, and testing, and is an Air Tractor factory-authorized wing removal and reinstallation specialist.
The dedicated Satloc shop leads the way in GPS sales, service, and repair, keeping customers up to date with the best-in-class features for Satloc guidance systems. Air Repair is also a distributor for Air Tractor, Cessna, Thrush, Hartzell Propellers, Transland, Satloc, CP Nozzles, AmSafe, APS, Concorde, and Stearman and L-19 parts and products, among others. The engine overhaul shop specializes in the overhaul and repair of Jacobs and Continental radial engines, and Air Repair is the Type Certificate holder for those radial engine lines.
