The 900-3053-01 kit provides the primary components needed to add IntelliFlow 3 automatic liquid flow control to a Satloc G4 system. Designed for both standard-volume and Ultra-Low Volume (ULV) applications, IntelliFlow 3 automatically regulates flow to maintain the target application rate as operating conditions change.

Operators can set and maintain a constant application rate directly through the G4, or use a prescription map (PMAP) for variable-rate application. The system combines the IntelliFlow 3 controller with a 1.5-inch stainless-steel flowmeter with 2-inch MNPT ports, a low-flow magnetic pickup sensor, and a 1.5-inch flow-control valve/motor assembly with 2-inch connections to provide precise, responsive liquid flow control.

One flowmeter port connects to the valve assembly’s 2-inch FNPT connection, while the supplied stainless-steel adapter converts the opposite flowmeter port to a 2-inch hose-barb connection. This configuration provides 2-inch external hose connections at both ends of the assembly.

The kit includes the required G4/IF3 system cables, sensing components, 2-inch ID aviation hose, connection hardware, mounting hardware, circuit protection, and installation components needed to integrate the system into the aircraft. The IntelliFlow 3 controller consolidates the flow-control electronics into a single enclosure and supports either rack or horizontal mounting for installation flexibility.
